A modest three-storey XIX century building was extended by adding a new part. It is explicitly modern but it alludes to the old tenant house. There are similar proportions and horizontal divisions
of the facade. Internal patio is a counterbalance to representative, rhythmic elevations. This space is covered with a glass roof, it is protected from harsh sunlight by creeping plants
and there are atmospheric lights.
It facilitates business meetings
and it is a perfect background for short break from work. Offices and studios, well lit thanks to high windows,
are furnished with solid pieces
and fitted out with decorative lamps. Juxtaposition of these elements
with peaceful colours based on dark brown and light grey correspond
with the official image of a state institution.
