This is an office and apartment building complementing a building development quarter in the Old Town comprised
of historic tenant houses and modern
XX century building developments. Harmonic, horizontal divisions
of the elevations introduce spatial order and boost the image of a narrow old-town street. Due to application
of various high-quality types of stone facing combined with glass sheets it was possible to create an appropriate frame for head offices of reputable companies. On the top floor there is a set
of ultramodern apartments
with custom-made interiors with a view over the Wroclaw’s old town.
